Stemming from a series of attempts in building a business – from art shops in (describe) Bali to property assets in on the island of Java, the desire to establish PT Samu Bali Official took root. 

Our love for coffee sparks the idea of wanting to share that with those who are equally as passionate about it; thus, begins the production of our very own coffee back in 2018. We first started with Robusta Coffee which was developed in Sidatapa, an indigenous Balinese village located in Banjar district. Quality testing for the product was conducted in Malaysia in hopes of acquiring the best taste. However, the effort hit a dead end as we encountered obstacles during the process of finding the right type of coffee to produce, including the process of hiring suitable coffee farmers. 

After endless trials with different types of coffees, we eventually discovered Kintamani Coffee – originating from a village baring the same name, on the western edge of the larger caldera wall of Mount Balur’s caldera in Bali - and settled with it upon successful collaboration with the local farmers of Kintamani. In retrospect, this was when the determination to properly run this business arose, along with the commitment to produce coffee of the highest quality. 

Armed with experiences of the past and reliable human resources at our beck and call, we trust that PT Samu Bali Official will become a leading company that provides import-export services for quality products, all while maintaining and sustaining its growth and development.
